The aim of this grant is to develop your company’s ability to implement digital tools which will aid business growth. It enables companies to discuss their digital presence with a consultant/ digital marketing agency and work alongside them in developing a digital strategy. It also enables the training of senior team members in digital marketing, providing the opportunity to embed it into the company’s practices.
These activities may include:
– Reviewing existing digital strategies and finding and implementing improvements
– Understanding the competitive landscape and effective tools and strategies to compete within it
Eligible costs:
A grant for up to 50% of the eligible project up to a maximum of €70,000 (€35,000 grant) will be provided. This will cover the cost of:
– External advisory or training services given by an appropriate digital marketing consultant/agency. A maximum daily rate of €900, all expenses included.
– Salary of a designated internal ‘project champion’ (management level). This can cover a maximum of 50% of the total project cost on a daily rate of up to €200. The number of project champion days is equal to the number of consultancy days.
Ineligible costs include:
– General Consultancy (e.g. market research, health and safety training, HR consulting, IT implementation or financial review and planning)
– Web development (e.g. hosting, maintenance fees)
– Online Advertising (e.g. payments to Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
– Photography, banner ads, and graphic design
– The purchase of hardware (e.g. laptops, desktops, Hard Disk etc.)
– The purchase of software packages, licenses or subscriptions (e.g. CRM systems, Shopify, WordPress, Hubspot, etc.)
