What is it?: Investing in energy efficiency will make your home warmer, healthier and cheaper to run, while reducing your carbon footprint. The purpose of the loan must be to carry out home energy upgrade works that are eligible for grant funding through SEAI.
Funding: You can borrow from €5,000 to €75,000 for a term of up to 10 years.
